. Recently it showed at cinema, how excited I am and I have watched this movie with a group of bowling killers…

Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon are all fabulous women and set to reprise their roles. I loved all four of them — perhaps because I make my living convincing people to do so.

Miranda’s initial anger at finding out her husband had cheated. To finding out someone we love and trust has betrayed us is painful. Initial anger, disappointed and sad are normal expression.

Time and communication is the best way to recover relationship. It is not easy step but we have to try, and it will be have happy ending like Miranda.

There is a powerful scene in the film where Carrie is having dinner with Miranda and she admits her own behavior had to scaring off her groom on their wedding day. How many of us are brave enough to admit mistakes which screw up everything? This was the turning point for me, not just as a viewer but as a life coach. I knew that it was spiritually and emotionally correct.

Sadly to say that when wedding is more important than marriage. Women always build a fantasy around “the BIG day” and often take it to the extreme. There are a number of crazy bride shows on television that supp ort this point. I agree with Mr BIG’s saying: “I want you, that all. It is a moment for us, Just you and me not others.”

Carries wears is fabulous. Her long- term relationship with Mr Big is amazing! I believed it is just not a movie, practically sure we can maintain an amazing and happy relationship like them.

stared down the fear that her life was too good to be true and worry something bad will be happen. It was manifested in her hesitation to continue jogging when she was pregnant, luckily she brave enough to move further step to wear her sport shoes and jogging. She is cute and fantastic!

Samantha left behind a man she loved when she realized she had lost herself. Sometimes to left something no belongs to us is not a bad moment for us.

The movie is very funny from beginning to end although there are a few sad parts.

Recently, I am doing nothing at home, so lazy to go out entertain my friends. I prefer stay at home doing nothing.

Last weekend, I went back hometown to clean my things, I looked back the diaries from year 1999 till 2005, and it really make me laugh!! I am happy because your name has appeared in my diaries many times… I found back our sweet memory and thank god we had wonderful moment.

No matter how far we are, we must always surprise ourself by discovering new strength inside!

I am anti-smoking, not only for myself but people around me too, if you close enough to me definitely you will know I hate people smoking. I do not allow people to smoke in front of me. especially YOU. Proud to say that my friends are well educated and practice how to respect people every time, some of them is smoker but they avoid smoking in frond of me, I am happy to have such a good friend.

I feel sad to know that some of my friend have quitted but relapse due to certain issue. It is not easy to quit, of coursed I understand…but I know YOU can do it if YOU want to do, I know YOU well. If you relapse, at least minimize the amount you smoke during the relapse. When you relapse, you have made some progress. Don’t lose hope - quitting is a process that might take some time. For many reasons, quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do — for your short- and long-term health. Who want kissing with smoker? I remembered your words…haha

It is a challenge to quit smoking. How much difficulty you will have depends on several factors, including: the number of cigarettes you smoke daily, the number of people you spend time with who smoke (parents, friends, and co-workers) and the reasons you smoke ( see, I have some knowledge regarding smoke) Stress is a part of our life, I stress too. You can handle stress by watching badminton competition, sing karaoke, listen to the music, playing guitar…

This is an important step toward becoming cigarette –free. Are you ready to quite?

I try to cook dinner more often since I have more time to prepare for them.

Most of the time, My brother is the one who does the actual cooking at home- my team just wash dishes after dinner ( we have 2 teams at home, one team prepare dinner, another team to wash dishes and vice versa).

To prepare dinner for 4 people is not easy, and I have to make sure that everyday have 3 main courses and 1 soup.

Normally I will start to cook soup first (as soup have to cook at least 1 hour) then rice and prepare ingredients. I almost spent 90 minutes to prepare delicious dinner.

When your family finished all the food you prepared and expect more from you, then all hardship is value for it!

The little things in my life I get to enjoy:)

I love to killing time or release my emotion in karaoke; I enjoyed singing although I do not have good voice. I am no dare enough to sing alone with music, I just worry my powerful voice will cause rain and shock my friends run away。 That why I always sing in a group.

I always try to share my happiness with my family. I decided to bring my parent go to RED BOX have fun. As usual, they will ignore my crazy idea and did not say any word. What will be better idea to spend a little RM to sing and eat than wasted energy to shop and increase rubbish in store room?

Most of the parents are shy to try new experiences; my parents as well, they just ate and enjoyed the music with my powerful voice. I try to sing Hokkian songs which my parents are familiar… one song to another song until my mum can not stand my voice and hold mic to sing automatically , I was surprise to know that her voice is better than mine, my mum brave enough to sing alone with music! When she started to sing, she has forgot to stop or let the second person (that is me) to sing …unbelievable she sang till the last song!

Have you bring your parents go to Karaoka before? Hong long you never hear them to sing?It is time for you to create chance for them to open their mouth to sing, and open your ear to listen, do not forget to open your wallet too, hehe…

Yesterday I met my brother in the lift on my way back home, he told me that his car tyre puncture and he is going to repair his car. I decided to join him, he laugh at me and asked me to go back home directly as he thought that I am UNABLE to help.

I ignore him and accompany him to the car park. Time around 9pm, all the car shops are closed.

I stand there watch him to push his car up with tools and changes the tyre. Night is dark, he need SOMEONE to on and hold the torch light so that he can see clearly.

Who else there? Hey… his helpful sister..Very important role, without me to hold the torch light, he can not change the tyre smoothly. Who said I am unable to help?

Anyway, I just stand that to be a torch light girl, hehe…Most of the time you can not completed your BIG task successfully if without SMALL actions from SOMEONE.

My office has moved from 13 floor to 11 floor.

Official we only spent 2 days to pack and move down our belongings, Uncle Sam is our engaged shipper.

My working space are move from open, transparent to more privacy room, I am sharing room with GC.

I like the new office set up, it looked organized and privacy even though I have to face GC everyday.

Check it out my new office, my new working place. I spent average 11 hours per day here…

I Love December.

December is a month for me to relax and improve my knowledge since my last function in 2006 ~APSDA has organised successfully.

I am very happy and enjoyed this few days, go back from office on time, enjoyed good food, family day ,holiday (oh…Announcement!! my sister come back from China) but now I start to feel a little bit lazy to think & even to complete a simple tasks

When this “unusual syndrome” appear in my life (my mind always thinking and work smart, suddenly lazy …of course unusual: p), I have decide to change my attitude and make sure I have achieve some level in December without any pressure. Why I love December? It is very simple…because December = relax + enjoy!!

Recap to my working schedule last month… tide & busy like hell and really no time to think twice before make a decision, all the tasks complete in rush this is because we just spent 4 months to organize an international event (4months for you maybe is a long period to organize an event) BUT let me tell you, a standard period to organize an international conference is 12month, everything starting from research till complete the functions.

Friends, any gathering in December? Promise….this time won’t miss it!! 100% attend to your functions!

Three of us never go to Philippines before we were excited, we are proud of ourselves as we manage to find an economic way to reach hotel from airport, act like local people!( haha…if we didn’t spoke, sure people thought that we are Philippino :P)

We were so tire but we have an unforgettable experience as one of my friend nearly fall down to the volcano….how dare we forget this experience?

The next day, we went to the tourist spots, the weather was super hot! We cant stand anymore (we just spent 3 hours there) and decided to go to china town buy souvenir…hehe..We bought a lot of 7D dried Mango, so delicious!!
