完美答案

Dear Friends,

This is what i think and special for all of you…but just for today!

As our lives continue to move on and on, we tend to get busier with more commitments and obligations, sometimes it’s difficult to find just the right moment to stop and say "thank you" to those who are most special to me.  I’d like to take the time right now to thank you for being my friend.

Your friendship means a great deal to me–it’s a steady part of my life that I can depend on, a positive, loving part of my life that helps me to be true to who I am.  Because you accept me for exactly who and what I am–rather than what you think I should be–you allow me to develop and grow in my ways, and you help me to see the value in what I do and how I do it.

I know that my world is a much better place for your presence in it, and I thank you for your faithfulness, your kindness, your heartfelt criticisms when they’ve been necessary, and your willingness to be who you are.

Life is a beautiful experience, made even more special by the presence of true friends.  My life is much richer for your presence in it, and I want you to know that even though it may not be obvious all the time, but I truly appreciate you are become the great part in my life.

Thanks!

Eleven Minutes

One of my favorite book titled "Eleven Minutes" by Paolo Coelho. It told the story of a Brazilian girl who grew up in a little village with dreams of leaving the village one day to have an adventure, and find the man of her life. She did, and got more than what she asked for. She was faced with the harsh reality of life and she learned a lot during her ordeal. In the end, she became happy.

Early in her life, she had once experience that stuck to her all throughout her life and forever changed the way she saw love. She had a crush on this new boy at school and they often walked on the same road to school, but did not talk to each other. One day at school, the boy approached her and asked if he can borrow a pencil. She ran away. The boy never approached her again and soon he left the village.

We all experienced something like this when we were young. It might look like a small thing, but it has a great impact on how we see life from that time on. We learn on these types of experiences. The girl in the story got more life-changing experiences during her adventure. It’s best to read it yourself so you can relate to her experiences. The circumstances might not be exactly the same, but you will surely see something that is similar to what you are experiencing right now.

To the girl that inspired this story, I pray for your happiness.

Just For Today

Just for today, I will try to strengthen my mind. I will study.
I will learn something useful. I will not be a mental loafer.
I will read something that requires effort, thought and concentration.

Just for today, I will adjust myself to what is, and not try
to adjust everything to my own desires.  I will take my "luck"
as it comes, and fit myself to it.

Just for today, I will not show anyone that my feelings are hurt; they may be hurt, but today I will not show it.

Just for today, I will have a program.  I may not follow
it exactly, but I will have it.  I will save myself from
two pests:  hurry and indecision.

Just for today, I will have a quiet half hour all by myself,
and relax.  During this half hour, sometime, I will try
to get a better perspective of my life.
