Om Malik……this name sound normal, noting special and I believe it wont attract your attention…I know this name from newspaper. He was writer, editor, currently he is the founder of Giga Omni Media which deliver technology news, analysis and opinions to a global audience of 1.75 million consumers and professionals.

40++ years old, because of over-work, he is suffered heart attack, luckily he is on the road of full recovering (thank god he still alive) …I am wonder how is the way for those successful business man to treat their career satisfaction, family, health, friend and their life?

From my experience, there are too many people works hard excessively till compensated of health, my buddy also act like that, she always complaint heart painful, I am worry but she forget the painful feeling easily when she is away from painful, and as busy as usual, this is because of the spirit of responsible? We always do our best for everything…it is suffering sometimes.

OM Malik need to update and share his expertise constantly , it is not easy to become an opinion leader and senior writer, wisely America market is huge, only few people can success…Our stamina  and physical strength are not same as last time. Stress can kill people easily without delay any time. Therefore we must love ourselves (don’t try to be stingy, it will kill you) I always remind my buddy, travel is the best way to release your mind and body and the most important point is it can improve relationship easily. ..Of course your wallet will become thin….slim…small…
